When do you clean offices?
We schedule around your operations. Many offices choose evenings or early mornings so work is not interrupted. We will agree the timing with you in writing.
Will cleaners have access to my confidential areas?
Access is something you decide and we put in the scope. Our entire team is background-checked, and staff wear uniforms or ID badges.
Do you supply restroom paper and soap?
Supplies can be provided by you or by us, depending on what is agreed. We spell out who supplies what in the written quote so there are no surprises.
Can I start with a trial period or a one-time clean?
We offer one-time cleaning as well as recurring service, so a one-time clean can be quoted on its own. Tell us what you want to try in your quote request, and any contract terms are put in writing before you decide.
What if something is missed?
Call or email us. A real person takes the report, arranges the fix against your agreed checklist, and follows up to confirm it was done. We are family-owned and the owner stays responsive, so concerns reach someone who can correct them.
